Create a New User Account (Windows XP) :

It often happens that in the house you need share your computer with family or friends. It only creates unnecessary problems because you always sharing the same desktop and someone can accidentally delete some of your files or move some important things for you. To avoid that someone using your personal information there is always an option of creating more accounts at one PC with password or without.  

To create a new profiles follow next steps :

Step 1 : Open icon My Computer then on the right side chose Control Panel. When Control Panel menu is open do left click on User Accounts.

Step 2 : In User Accounts menu chose Create a New Account.

Step 3 : When next window is open you need to type a name for the new account. This name will be used for that new profile on this computer in the future. Because I just showing you how to open it I will write in the empty field simple word Test but of course you can chose your name, nick name or something else. If you chose name click on Next > button.

Step 4 : Now is time to chose did you wont to be administrator of new account which you creating or you just wont to create limited one with restrictions for your guests, children or someone else. Keep in mind that Limited account can not install every software or change important data. When you chose what you wont click on Create Account button.

Now you have your new user account on PC! To see it click on start menu and then Log Off button.
